Shëndetlie, a bomb in calories but a very delicious super tasty dessert you can make for the holidays. I have tasted this dessert for the first time at my aunt’s home. Today I’ve decided to share the recipe with you too. I got the recipe from my aunt almost 20 years ago and I still treasure that piece of paper.

Since it is a traditional dessert, every family uses its own recipe, with their own twist in the recipe. I hope you’ll enjoy my aunt’s recipe as much as I do.

The secret for a fluffy Shëndetlie is not to over mix the ingredients.
