Homemade bread with whole wheat grains and seeds

You already know how much I love bread. I love to try different ingredients and see how they impact on the taste and texture of the bread. It has been a long time now that I make my own bread (as I have mentioned also here). I have mainly used my bread machine which saves a lot of work and mess in the kitchen. Today’s recipe was made using the bread machine, if you don’t have you can make it by mixing with your hands.

As a food blogger, I have been frequently asked about the brands I use or where I buy my groceries etc… I see that I have a lot of responsibility on me about what I suggest and I want to work with the most qualitative ingredients. It has been a while now that I have experimented in my kitchen with the brand Palma nuts and I have to say that they have really good and qualitative products. So for this bread, I used the seeds and the wheat grains of this brand, which I have to say that it cooked under 10 minutes.

Rolled oats;• 1 tbsp. flax seeds;• 1 tbsp. chia seeds;• 1 tbsp. sesame seeds;” ]Start by preparing the homemade oat & seeds flour. Place the ingredients in a mixer fitted with blades and pulse until finely grounded; In a large mixing bowl add all the ingredients needed for the bread and knead for about 10 minutes until the dough is very elastic and doesn’t stick to the hands; If using the bread machine, place all ingredients as per machines instructions and set the dough cycle; Cover the bowl with a damp cloth and let the dough rise until doubled in size; When the dough has risen, give it a punch to release the air and shape it in a rectangular form and roll it. Place it seam side down in a pre-greased and floured bread loaf and let it rise for an additional 40 minutes; Preheat the oven to 280˚C; Bake the bread in the preheated oven for about 40 minutes or until slightly golden brown; After it has baked, let it cool completely in a cooling rack; Attention! Do not slice the bread before it has cooled down or it will become soggy.[/lt_recipe]
